EVALUATION FRAMEWORK & CONTENT

Your objectives for your evaluation will drive the design and options we discuss.  However, at BEA our start point will be The Corporate Governance Practice Framework original proposed by Keil et al. (2012).  This framework was developed to outline all the areas that a board needs to consider if it wishes to be a high performing board.  It focuses on board effectiveness across essential elements of corporate governance and we capture these elements in the different evaluation options we can discuss with you
